Hello folks,
I hope to find a solution for my problem as it appears everyday to my website. The problem simply about thumbnail image creation.
I receive "cannot create thumbnail" image after someone uploading a new photo, i have checked everything and found it's okay, i can upload files and create thumbnails automatically but i have noticed:
- when someone upload a too long file name the thumbnail cannot be created successfully?!
Anyone have a solution to solve this problem?! i think if i can shotened the image file name with a custom trigger or something it can be resolved, but i don't know how?! any help.
Note: The problem indicated for certain files :with too long file name" only, other photos can create the thumbnail successfully.
any help will be appreciated.
